Delivery is free of charge and available at all of our locations.

When shopping online at Breuninger.com, you no longer have to wait at home for your package: simply have your order delivered to your nearest Breuninger store. Your package will be ready for pick up within 1-2 days and shipping is free. You can then try on the items you’ve ordered during the stores opening hours and get in-person advice from our customer service staff.

Whether lengthening, shortening or adjusting the width: our tailors ensure the perfect fit. Changes are made for you on site in no time at all.

REPAIR SERVICE
Is a button missing or a seam defective? We are also happy to repair your favorite piece.

PERSONALIZATION
Give your favorite pieces individual accents: embroidery in the form of your name or initials underlines your personal look.

SNEAKER CLEANING
Our cleaning experts will take care of your sneakers. The service includes environmentally friendly cleaning of the upper material, removal of light soiling and impregnation and deodorization of your favourite pair.

Tax Refund Point

Alongside issuing tax free receipts, in cooperation with Global Blue, we’re now also offering you a new service: You can present your refundable receipts (including those from other retailers) in a relaxed atmosphere at the Refund Point at our Customer Service desk. The refundable amounts are transferred directly to your credit card.
